Somatic Alchemy

We’ll start by dropping in, pairing up, and exploring authentic relating prompts with other amazing beings who are passionate about connection, embodiment, and authenticity.

Then I’ll guide some inner exploration, playing with somatic exploration prompts while the DJ-crafted playlist creates the atmosphere for the journey.

We’ll continue deepening into a pleasurable, ecstatic state, with continued facilitation to support exploring fears, blocks, or resistance so you can experience your truly joyful, authentic exploration of what it’s like to be you, in your body, right now.

We’ll be guided to land our nervous systems and integrate with grounding breath-work and resourcing before opening up a warm, cozy integration room.

Join, reflect, share, or stay in your own yummy embodied space. The journey is yours to make as nurturing as possible!
